#dadduty The Last 6 weeks:

Mina and I are absolutely thrilled to be parents. We’ve created this little bundle of joy named Graham, and he’s just perfect.

I have to say, I get it now—being a parent is no walk in the park. Scratch that—caring for a baby is no walk in the park. It’s only been 5 weeks, but I keep asking myself, “What did I do with all my time before?” This little guy is taking up every bit of it!

But as things settle, Mina and I have found our balance. This means I can finally focus on business development again, rather than just putting out fires that land on my desk. Stay tuned… and in the meantime see below!

 PAUL'S MARKET JOURNAL

Back to the Basics

Spending hours a day bottle-feeding a baby gives a guy plenty of time to think—and I’ve been thinking a lot about this:

I genuinely love creating this newsletter every week. It takes time, but I truly enjoy the value it brings and the responses I get from all of you.

So far, I’ve focused on what I thought you all cared about: market happenings, on-market property breakdowns, a series of semi-real estate related headlines, and premium subscriptions for more in-depth analysis.

But I’ve been listening to your feedback. What you really seem to appreciate are the nuanced, complex, and out-of-the-box solutions to navigating the beautiful and complex City of Charleston. So, expect more of that.

The rest? It's just fluff, and honestly, that’s not my style.

To keep this sustainable, I’m going to double down on the best parts: Paul’s Market Journal, interesting and relevant news articles, and new deals.

Plus, I’ll be sharing more raw, real-world stories from my interactions with clients and their take on the market.

Thanks for sticking with me—exciting things ahead!

Before we get started, we have to talk about the Charleston region as a whole.
